An integral part of a business lunch or dinner with a guest

is the wine you choose to accompany the meal. While you

may not be an expert on the subject

(I most certainly am not), or particularly bothered about which

wine to select, your French, Italian or Spanish guest might be,

so I believe it is important to understand a few

of the basics, which I outline here in the following clip.
