When explaining which party is responsible for certain costs in a project,

there are a couple of expressions to clarify the matter :

"Construction and maintenance are on our account,

whilst travel and other logistics are on your account."

It is also possible to say for your account.

An advance or partial payment may be described this way :

"The total cost is $20,000, so we will pay $5,000 on account,

and the balance on delivery of the goods."

Another alternative is to say :
 
"Catering is at our expense, PR and other promotional costs are at your expense."

So, look after your money.
